It was one or the other.
1. Take up some of their sub-underwriting commitment in exchange for equity with a corresponding reduction in cash owed to them (i.e. debt for equity)
2. Take up nothing and have cash paid to them to pay down the debt balance (hand the cash over!!).
Looks like they took option 2 and took up nothing.
