Probably good to keep in mind that BLK's current expectation for AISC is $1500 - $1700/oz which takes care of the $1750 - $1800/oz price of gold. An interesting financial feature in the Agincourt Dec'06 quarterly is that the company was struggling to get Wiluna to be profitable due to lower than expected ore grades. Fast forward 13 years to 2019 & the lower than expected ore grade is a big problem overhanging / overshadowing BLK's survival. In the absence of plant equipment to process sulphide ores, there's loads of high risk with an outcome trending in shareholder losses.
