Page 27 of the Prospectus:

"MACA and Lind have agreed to sub-underwrite up to $7.5 million and $2.5 million of theEntitlement Offer (respectively) through the conversion to equity of amounts owed by theCompany"

It will be interesting to see the substantial shareholder notices, if any. If MACA and Lind took the shares I wonder if they will want to hold or just get their money back?

I am way to silly to work any of it out especially with a company like BLK so I will just watch and see if there is a surprise turn around that I will consider sustainable and other factors surrounding the market like price of gold, etc.
