Well, I was certainly hoping things would have progressed as initially outlined. Was the deal too good to be true? Or simply not enough uptakers?
The announcement says the share sale agreement with the receivers and managers of KLL to acquire the Beyondie SOP Project 'remains on foot.’ At first I didn’t think this was particularly good English, but it turns out to be legal jargon meaning the contract is operational/alive…. So that’s encouraging.
