To me based on what you have stated , it would look like you would need to throw another $13,000 ....so 13 million shares at the proposition before you even got your money back at .003 cents. So it would be a NO from me based on the ' risk reward on your previous Buy-Ins . If you were say much lower on the spectrum , I would definitely re-consider. Only my opinion based on your question and the approximate data you have provided - and definitely NOT advice.....
