    This was always a risk for remaining holders and (a good) option for 5GN. They would basically need all Shareholders in the free float to exercise their options to thwart this compulsory acquisition and that's not going to happen.

    This also provides a base price to compulsorily acquire the remaining shares. It's all over... (again).
