    This is pretty tricky:

    1) On one hand, this is fantastic for 5G as it lands them in the compulsory acquisition scenario.
    2) I find it hard to believe a court would rule it is fair and reasonable to pay the remaining shareholders the rights issue price (ie 6c).
    3) How do we determine the compulsory acquisition price? The company has intentionally left out this information. I think a specialist takeover lawyer may know the answer.
