41% takeup is not a bad result given the 'climate'.
I don't quite understand why they did not allow over subs. I can only think that the underwriters were very happy to take up the shortfall and therefore have a great deal of confidence in the future.
I imagine some weakness in next weeks as some punters make a few dollars on selling their allocation. After that clearance it should be onwards and upwards!
