If you were convinced the sample results would shift the price to 13c before the extended offer ends you'd just buy on market now for a quick 30% profit (or more with options). Then sell and reload a little with the offer when it spikes. No guarantee of that though.
And if Scott isn't concerned with the short term Share Price this raise is a good example of why he should be. The samples are coming, honest! 'Price sensitive' Announcement seems like it might be a bit of a shift on that.
