I question whether it would be better to do the SPP/rights without the insto offer. It was following the insto offer that the price got its biggest hit imo. This time, I would say they needed the insto offer but last time the retail offer was massively cut back so I think they could have raised it all without the sophs then. Or maybe that was the time before. Regardless, the sophs trash the price before the retail even opens.
I question whether it would be better to do the SPP/rights...
