My worst case scenario was 2 billion shares on issue, 1-2c share price and a chance to get the project up and going with new direction/partners.

But 8 billion (plus expenses) in one issue has blown me away, then the options on top also.

wow, what a shame

IMO they will struggle to get the minimum 47 million dollars required.
