It is typical for Australian listed entities to limit such offers to Australia and New Zealand @Steffffi because it is those jurisdictions that most familiar to them and they have similar securities laws.
Creating an offer document that is compliant with other jurisdictions securities laws will result in conflicts that are expensive and complicated to resolve. The effort is of limited value where the securities are not listed on the foreign exchange (OTC excluded).
