As I progress through the Prospectus we find:"The Company hasbeen advised that Strategic Metallurgy" (owns 367,762,575, or $4,780,914 at theprice of 1.3cents) "does not currently intend on taking up its Entitlements.Gary Johnson currently intends on taking up his Entitlements in his personalcapacity, subject to funding." Page 18.
In regard to the other members of Management and B of D the document is silent, as far as I can see.
It makes one need to consider seriously, how closely some wish to support LPD, given that it is supposedly so close to the final deals before moving into production.
This announcement of the Prospectus warranted a 'Suspension of Trade' until the details were announced.
