That's actually a good point.....
However, the $200k buy in pre announcement appears quite opportunistic doesn't it ?
I suspect, a pre-requiste setting on the off take announcement / funding (think BASF and the DFC) was that the company was placed in a better financial position prior to commitment. There are many variables here and one can not for a moment discount the acumen of this boards historical financial performance.
(When pondering Pan Aust and Norlisk). They know how to eventuate progression......
