Talking to the voice @ Commsec, they do assume you want to buy exercise the rights by buying them so they bill you the cost of the rights at time of purchase plus the cost to exercise them...BUT you can ring them when you get the contract and ask for the exercise cost to be removed and you pay for just the rights.... this must be done before T2.
