    This is fantastic news and will reassure investors they're on a good thing with all directors taking up their full entitlements imho..

    "Spacetalk Directors have taken up their full entitlements and subscribed to acquire $213,073 of the
    Shortfall Offer, representing 9,685,136 new shares and 4,842,568 new options (subject to
    rounding). The issue of these securities remains subject to shareholder approval at a forthcoming
    Annual General Meeting of shareholders"
