This is fantastic news and will reassure investors they're on a good thing with all directors taking up their full entitlements imho..

Shortfall Offer, representing 9,685,136 new shares and 4,842,568 new options (subject to
rounding). The issue of these securities remains subject to shareholder approval at a forthcoming
Annual General Meeting of shareholders"
