I would have liked it if the directors had doubled down and takes up the $200k of the remaining shortfall.
Interesting that the underwriter took >$400k. Could be that there was a lot of over subscriptions taken up by a few and a lot of shareholders not talking their rights up.
This raise has neither been a raging success or a disaster.
