SPA shares are starting to look like confetti. Will there be any more down rounds? Yes the Board are buying more shares but MF also held large numbers of shares over many years.
Unless SHs see positive cash flow and earnings in FY24 the SHs are unlikely to see any value in the 3.5c and 6c options. No matter how many shares held they only become more valuable when the company starts being sustainable.
