Low shares on issue = tight register when demand for the stock spikes the price will increase faster.

Tight hands by long term shareholders = the same effect but multiplied.

Shareholder focused management = us getting to have the first and best bite at capital raises and stops institutions like regal getting big chuncks of shares which they can use to hold the price down.

I hope existing Shareholders take up the rights entitlement to fund the company and continue keeping a tight reign on who owns the shares.
