The only reason GXY gave LPD Cash was because LPD's they have a patent on the new extraction process that essentially halves the time and there's no waste (its turned into other products that can be sold, so essentially 90% gain on materials).
GXY is in bed with LPD because if they do finally pull of their new (and patented) tech, this stock will go through the roof, and GXY will essentially monopolize the lithium market (in terms of profitability and minimum financial losses from byproduct wastage).
Long timers of this stock would remember that scumbag of a company LIT and the lawsuit of them blatantly using LMAX tech. ok rant done.
