No, because last year they already showed that it worked in their own company laboratory ( I suggest taking a look at their old brochure's/ announcements).
I'm not genius. But I'd bet their invention would have to gone through extensive 3rd party testing from whoever approved their patent in the first place.
There would be no point wasting coin on a pilot plant.
