The only reason it sat in the 1's for so long was from the bloody LIT lawsuit. LPD almost went bust from that debacle but the positive was that it got GXY's attention.
On a side note: Maybe LPD purposefully overpriced the entitlements- forcing the SP down so that another company can TO on the cheap and the board can wash their hands of it.
