Is this correct the form actually doesn't need to filled out if paying by BPAY
eg entitlement of 50 000 shares just send BPAY $1500
or for extra shares
Send BPAY $3000 for 50 000 extra from short fall and 100 000 share will be allocated if available
funds will be returned for short fall amount not available
