You would have to be mad to vote yes now. Pfizer have been in the skin of this for the best part of 7 months. They will not give up until they either takeover or partner with resapp. It seems as if there is another bidder involved, the IER price was set at 20.7 cents, why has Pfizer raised their price to 20.8 cents? Clearly due to the fact that a competing bidder has come in at the middle range of the IER price and pfizer have bidded one tenth of a cent over that price to ensure that they have the superior offer. This means that information about the competing bidder will not be disclosed, making pfizer look like they've done shareholders a solid. This is clear as day, do not vote yes and sell everyone, including yourself, short.
