Just read in the new contract that Pfizer was happy to pay us 20.7 cents if the confirmation study reached its benchmark, that was the IE preferred price, unfortunately the benchmark wasn't reached of course no coincidence, now they are willing to pay 20.8. Was there a offer of 20.7 cent from a different suiter, vote NO and find out.
