You’re right that the detailed capacity call-outs sit buried in the June 2021 commissioning announcement (not the acquisition notice), where AHF disclosed the Stage 1 dryer’s 400–600k tin/yr throughput upon re-assembly and start-up.

The fact that the plant was sourced overseas, rebuilt here and first ran powder in 2022 simply shows smart capex recycling, its age doesn’t change its output specs.

That “Funding and Access to Capital” warning isn’t an admission of current capacity constraints; it’s a standard ASX disclaimer flagging that if demand far outpaces today’s runs or if AHF wants to go from boutique batches to full-scale canning lines… additional capital would be needed.

It doesn’t mean the plant can’t handle the 100k tin Year 1 commitment under Mutree plus Ocean Road and third-party runs. It simply keeps investors aware that any future expansion beyond today’s 400-600k capacity would require more funding, which is prudent governance rather than a red flag.
