The drier utilises a baghouse which is a component designed to collect the finer dust particles that circulate the drier until the collide and form a larger particle at which the pressure inside the chamber allows the large particles to fall into the fluid bed to continue drying until it’s packed. The baghouse also holds particles that don’t dry specifically due to physics, composition of product etc, it also requires CIP, separate components to ensure dairy components aren’t installed for the vegan production. I whole heartedly stand by my operations & my concerns are valid for the consumer not profit, because if it’s done wrong kiss the profit goodbye. The plant isn’t inflexible and basing that off of my description of the potential issues is pretty low water considering I’d have been interested to see how the process works.
