But here’s the thing. No one said it would be plug n’ play. AHF’s model is low-volume, high-margin, and built for agile, premium runs, not mass throughput.

If the baghouse and cleaning cycle require tailoring for plant-based… great, that’s what QA and process engineers are for.

But suggesting they can’t run it, without seeing actual formulation specs or validation processes, feels premature.

Also curious, if you’re passionate about operational excellence and consumer safety (which is commendable), wouldn’t the right approach be to consult or support the shift, not publicly dunk the potential? Or are we slipping from facts into frustration here?
