    You’re now saying AHF signed this just to look busy… but if there’s no guaranteed revenue, no locked cost, and no minimum production, what’s the downside? Optional supplier status doesn’t signal desperation, it signals low-commitment flexibility. Exactly what a boutique facility like Camperdown is built for.

    As for the “delusion” point, nobody’s denying dual production has complexity. The question is: is it operationally impossible, or commercially viable if priced right? You’ve conceded it’s not impossible, and that’s the entire point.

    So here’s the question: if you were Sprout and wanted to test a high-quality small-batch A2 processor for future diversification… wouldn’t this be the exact type of arrangement you’d start with? Low risk, optional upside. Doesn’t sound delusional. Sounds strategic.
