Fair points... and I get the concerns about cross contamination and switching costs. But I’m not saying AHF can run full-scale vegan and dairy side by side efficiently.
The real value here is optionality. AHF’s plant is already set up for small batch, niche products, not bulk dairy. That gives them flexibility if Sprout wants a smaller run or backup supplier.
If it doesn’t scale, no harm done. But if it does, AHF is ready without needing major changes. Not a game changer yet... just a smart, low risk move.
