@ROEROC - Difficult to resist replying. Little risk? Have you read the ACCC response? Unless D&D sells some of their recent acquired businesses they will not approve the deal. They will have to sell at a loss which is the main reason why they have reduced the offering price (not because of market conditions). No serious fund would put 50m to 200m here for risk arbitrage.
