Sell now or wait is always the question on these. If the success of the TO is uncertain, I usually sell straight away as the upside vs downside becomes asymmetrical. This looks like a done deal so it might be more of a tax question on how the franking credits affect circumstances. I sold Domain the day the TO offer was announced, wish I'd done the same for Ramsay Healthcare.
