There's definitely enough in this for the shorter term arb trade. The upcoming divi snd franking credit, then the franking credit with the special divi, plus the sp upside of 8ish cent to the takeover proce, and the legit tax loss making up the shortfall the price we get since the special divi is priced in as a patrt of proceeds. So all up a pretty sure (everyone seens on board and no real hurdles to jump), pretty easy, arb trade profit for about 3 months hold from today of about 8% return and about 32% annualised.I've done worse.
