I guess there is always a risk and a return with these deals bur its gone ex to day and the share price dropped by approx the divy so I guess I am a full buying today.
But in the deed of implementation it clearly states the following
"The Scheme Consideration will not be reduced by the fully franked interim dividend of A$0.12 per share determined at the 1H25 results which is due to be paid on 1 May 2025. "
Looking forward to the future franking if they payout .70c in divies.
