This argument of yours is political. The definition of a oublic company is bot a publicly owned but thst it has no restrictions on who can own sharescand the number of shareholders can exceed (I think) 50.
I think if you love the concept of collective everything capitalism won't suit you. Join or form a co-operative unit.
I think you have this view that each company should be run by everyone - I for one don't. It is time to move on - I don't agree with your views and would not put my money into an organisation run the way you seem to suggest it should be.
