I agree with your assessment of the potential US / BRAZIL connection but i'm just actually curious about this, the reason being that both CHINA and BRAZIL are actually part of the BRICS economic alliance.
I am just curious as to whether being BRICS partners that they would have more allegiance to their economic partners than with the US.
Either way I see it as a plus for us because if we indeed do actually shore up either a REE or Lithium resource, or both, then the desire by either the US or CHINA to secure resources would be rather fierce i would imagine.
Anyway, just a side consideration i was thinking about. (Friday musings).
