This is not an RTO. This is a cashless purchase by ERR to add to the existing products. Did they overpay? time will tell but as they have not actually paid and only diluted then it becomes a hard one to value.
But IMO we will not go far above 40c until the market knows if the vendor shares will be escrowed or not.

A51, settle down a tad. You have come to the stock we discovered and had you come when it was first discovered you would have made a nice 50% gain like young Fib did. If you don't like the deal then move along, we were all being very civil here and you are being very aggressive for no real reason so 'shame on you' (don't know why just really felt like adding that last bit)
