So lets try and get this straight.
A fund with 200b cant sort out a 10m payment within 2 months of the initial deadline?
The fund has to bump the date again because some negotiations are still taking place .. but the money is ready for release?
What are cross border procedures?
Surely they would have known well in advance that this date would go by again ..
Also they "might" have a source of funds that "might" invest substantially more than 50m?
Really?
How much more? How many shares will that end up totaling?
How long will it take to get that source of funds through?
Just making it up as they go along imo, this is seriously becoming a joke. If they were really serious, the 10m would have be sorted by now.
What excuse will we see next month? Maybe they want to buy out the whole company?
