If I had to rustle up $10 million big ones I can tell you right now it would take frickin' ages... but luckily it's not me!
Unfortunately we have to deal with the 'minnow' end of the international finance spectrum because big boys like the banks or super funds will naturally not play because this is unproven and high risk.
I take your points though. I also think India is the bigger issue and doesn't seem to have been mentioned for a while.
