Your last comment clearly shows how stupid you really are. I am not sure why you would want to write "nice try"

I would suggest you do some further research or better still why dont you ring the company directly.

I think your first comment "Trouble is IOH is building a reputation for getting project approvals and then flogging the project." is of course another stupid comment.

The company set out to sell assets that were not held in strategic positions which they have done successfully. This is hardly building a reputation!!! The only reputation they are building is one that is built on delivery.
