re: Ann: Environmental Approval for Cape Pres... Errrrrrrr.... The status of the port is perfectly clear. A couple of approvals still to be locked down, and nothing at all will be happening until a partner/financier is secured.

No mystery there, not sure how anyone can say "no word has been said about the port" when this latest announcement is dealing directly with the proposed port. Also not sure why Clive Palmer even rates a mention but I guess conspiracy theorists are always looking for a story.
