Tracking this on a timeline, you can expect that the hearing takes place (10-11 Oct). Then there is probably a month period for submissions to be made (11 Nov), then another month for CTM to review submissions, then present the document to the regulators again (taking us to 11 Dec). Regulator assesses, assuming that there are minor submission made/ addressed they should approve sometime mid-end Jan 2024. This is assuming no issues with the public hearing (I don't think there will be personally given the prior work they have done).
