I wouldn't be surprised that a mid tier like S32 is sitting and waiting for clarity on the environmental clearances, or at least more assurance, before they take it out. It would be a shame if someone came in on an opportune basis with the SP depressed at the moment. Unless, of course, you are a buyer while the short term punters are capitulating.
