Ann: Environmental Milestone Reached on the Wolfsberg Project, page-21

Someone really wants in here and looks to me like they want the lot. But our assets are worth $1 if we have time to get them developed.

EUR owns 70% of CRML, which owns the Wolfsberg Lithium Project and the Tanbreez Rare Earths project, (CRML is listed on NASDAQ and the close today is valued at $US580m). So EUR's 70% ownership of CRML = $US406m ( $A623m). This asset alone will give EUR a share price of $A0.44c in time.

EUR owns 10% of Cyclone Metals Ltd, which has the Canadian Iron Bear project. MOU signed with Vale and decision time fast approving on them confirming the deal which brings in $200m to the project. Market cap of Cyclone by then with be over $A2bn. That's $A200m for EUR.

EUR owns 100% of the Ukranian Dobra lithium project. Currently 90mt @ 1.36% Li. Based on Latin Resources current takeover by Pilbara Minerals ($A550m for 60mt @ 1.25% li) Dobra would be worth at least $A750m. With Trump taking power in January the Ukraine war will hopefully stop so EUR can go straight in and start work on this asset.

EUR owns 100% of the very prospective Irish lithium asset. Rock chips showing 3.9% Li pegmatite which is fantastic. Gang Feng tenements surround us.
