    Brines win hands down when it comes to op costs, plus they can go right to the final product and not rely on the Chinese to refine an intermediate product. That said PUR has a challenge and 2024 is a big year for them. They have to make this work and convince the market this project is viable, as at the moment the market does not believe it.
