The gift that keeps giving.
This is a major milestone, you only hve to ask me how I know this - from personal experience with another Silica sand company named VRX Silica. They had an extremely tought time with the EPA to get their ESD (the precursor to the ERD) accepted as it had to be re-written a couple of times to get it aligned with the EPA's new framework.
So, congrats to the Savich team!
So what does this mean in terms of next timelines?
- Within two weeks from today, EPA authorises release of Environmental Review Document for public review. (06-Apr-2022)
- End of Public review (Public review period is usually 4 weeks) (03-Jun-2022)
Given that RWD has gone thorough its public review process, I'm sure Mark & team have learnt a thing or three and already have mitigations in place.
Just waiting for that NAIF announcement and inevitable SP to hit $1
