ASX Listing Rules are fairly clear on what type of information needs to be disclosed and when that information is market sensitive.
In this case such information could have the sensitivity of influencing a decision to buy or sell stock.
Keeping in mind of course that LIT are heavily relying on the earlier statements around the near-future earnings potential of this subsidiary.
Which having said that supports the sqe observation of pump and pump.
