What a farce! Isn't that guys salary high enough (look it up, it's ridiculous)!? Doesn't he get enough performance shares!? Outrageous what he is doing to shareholders. Shareholders, YOU have paid for envirostream. YOU not only pay for his current wage, YOU have paid for this guy to get another salary and inevitably more "performance" shares! It's not getting you dividends or getting value and increasing the SP. Follow the money, look who's pocket it ends up in...
