What a joke this is. For sure there's a fair bit of egg on someones face over this funding. For those familiar with how you suck monies out of the Government (and I'm guessing on this forum that's nobody) there's very stringent questioning around Legal and Compliance. Ask yourself how the applicant could, with honesty, address OH&S, Environmental and EPA Regulations when NOT LICENED. Without doubt,this one's slipped under the radar so good luck and well done getting hold of the moolah under suspect circumstances, however do not be shocked punters when the decision is reversed.
